Beach Training

Manly beach has been all but washed away. The NBVA club president put out the call to members to leave any the posts near the wall “if you happen to find one”… a sad day indeed.

Last time this happened was about 10 years ago, and it took around 4 months for the sand to return, but it will return, so it’s not all bad news. Looking on the bright side, at least this has happened in Winter. A good chance to spend some time doing rotator cuff exercises to get over all our shoulder injuries.
